BACKGROUND:
This is the master and preliminary plat for Mr. David Robinson who plans on creating three building lots
(there are no immediate development plans). The plan proposes to extend a sewer line into the proposed
subdivision and connect the water lines that exist on either side of the proposed development property.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
P&Z recommended approval of the master plat and preliminary plat, subject to the City Engineer's
recommendations by a vote of 4-0 on each plat.

SUBJECT: Robinson Addition Master Plat
I have reviewed the master plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the master plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception.
1. Renumber the lots in block `A', 1-4. The plan shows two lot twos.
I recommend approval of the master plat upon completion of the above items.

SUBJECT: Robinson Addition 318 Preliminary Plat
1 have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
1. Add five-foot utility easements along both sides of NE 31 " Street.
2. Change the 60-foot drainage easement to drainage and utility easement.
3. Add a 10-foot utility easement to connect the 60-foot drainage easement to Center Street
at the NE corner of Block `A', Lot 1.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
