BACKGROUND:
Council Member Kear requested this item. Representatives from Paris Living will make a brief
presentation of potential development ideas for the Casa Bonita property, including redevelopment of
the site into a mix of approximately 84 single-family and duplex properties utilizing grant funds. Since
any plans may require the City to donate the land, staff needs some indication from Council on whether
contributing the land would be a possibility as well as know if there are any definite avenues to pursue
or stay away from.
