for Lot 1, Block A, Pee Wee Addition CB 251, located in the 1800 Block of North Main Street. The
property is zoned Light Industrial. Staff recommends approval of the preliminary and final plats.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning and Zoning recommended approval of the preliminary and final plats, by a vote of 5-0 on each,
at its September 7 meeting.
