BACKGROUND:
At the August 9 meeting, City Council reviewed a draft of a request for proposals (RFP) to include both
landfill services and options of residential collection and directed Council Members to submit comments
to the City Manager for inclusion in a revised RFP. The RFP will be available under separate cover later
this weekend.
