RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Preliminary and Final Plats of Lot 1, Block A, Martin Addition 331, located in the
3700 block of Bonham Street.

BACKGROUND:
Mr. Jeff Martin is proposing to construct a Subway restaurant at the NE corner of Loop 286 and
Bonham Street. The property has been rezoned to General Retail District (GR). Mr. martin has
extended a water line along the west side of the property to the north property line and has also extended
a sewer main a short distance in order to place a service on the property.
Staff recommends approval of the plats.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning and Zoning recommended approval of the preliminary and final plats, subject to City
Engineer's recommendations, by a vote of 6-0.

SUBJECT: Martin Addition 331 Preliminary Plat
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions.
1. Provide the Right-of-Way widths for Bonham St. and Loop 286 at the property corners.
2. Label the proposed utility lines.
I recoinmend approva] of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.

1 have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception.
1. Provide the Right-of-Way widths for Bonham St. and Loop 286 at the property corners.
1 recommend approval of the final plat upon submission of a completed Subdivision
Improvement Agreement and a corrected mylar copy with sipatures of the surveyor and owners
prior to noon on October 8, 2010.
