BACKGROUND:
It has customarily been the practice of past City Councils to conduct one meeting in November and one
in December due to holiday schedules.
The regularly scheduled meetings in November are the 8`n and 22"a The regularly scheduled meetings
in December are the 13th and 27t". December 27`h is a City holiday. Staff seeks direction from Council
as to if whether or not they wish to cancel the second meetings in the months of November and
December. If Council elects to conduct a second meeting in December, staff would ask that they
schedule it for a dater other than December 27tn
