BACKGROUND:
The City Council met for a special meeting on November 161" to discuss proposals on landfill services
and residential collection services. The City Council requested that a public hearing be scheduled for
November 22°d to receive input from citizens. In addition, Council requested that staff give a
presentation on other services provided by the sanitation department other than sanitation collection
services.
