RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Motion to approve a salary supplement for the Finance Director for his additional duties as Interim Manager.

Council members, I have requested this item on the agenda in order to compensate Mr. Anderson for his
additional duties as Interim manager. I propose a supplement of $1,250 per month to be retroactive to
January l, 2011.
