BACKGROUND:
This is the preliminary and final plat for Lot l, Block B, Essent PRMC Addition 306 #2, being located at
575 DeShong Drive, 2845 Lewis Lane, and 2875 Lewis Lane. The hospital is platting three lots into one
Staff recommends approving both the preliminary and final plats.
BOARD/CAMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission recommended approval of the preliminary and final plats, subject to City Engineer's
recommendations by a vote of 4-0 on each.

SUBJECT: Essent PRMC Addition 306 #2 Preliminary Plat
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. lt appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
1. Label the widths of the existing streets.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above item.

SUBJECT: Essent PRMC Addition 306 #2 Final Plat
1 have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception.
1. Remove the lot lines from the main drawing and show them on the inset.
1 recommend approval of the final plat upon submission of a corrected mylar copy with
signatures of the surveyor and owner prior to noon on February 11, 2011.
