BACKGROUND:
This is the tinal plat for Lot 9, Black A, Pecan Place Phase II.
A variance for the construction of curb and gutter along Pine Mill road was previously approved by City
Gouncil.
All of the comments on the memo have been addressed and a corrected copy has been submitted.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission recommended approval of the final plat subject to City Engineer's recommendations
by a vote of 4-0.

SUBJECT: Pecan Place Addition Phase II
I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions.
1. Provide a contact person in the Title Block.
2. Show the building lines for the north and east side of the lot.
3. The bearing for the north lot line is different on the drawing and in the field notes.
4. Submit a certificate of taxes paid from the Lamar County Appraisal District.
I recommend approval of the final plat upon submission of a corrected mylar copy with
signatures of the surveyor and owner prior to noon on February 2011.
