Description of Item:
Revise Section 21-7 of the Code of Ordinances to read as follows:
It shall be unlawful to bury the dead bodv of anv person within the corporate limits of the City
outside the limits of an established cemeterv or a duly established columbarium. All interments
shall be at least ei hteen (18) inches below the surface of the earth or at such other depth as
established bv state law; provided that this provision shall not be construed so as to prohibit
persons from using cement vaults on the surface for the reception of the dead
