This is the final plat for Lot 1, Block A, C.P.S. 340 Addition, located at 2902 South Church Street. The
company would like to expand its current building. They will be doubling the size of the existing
building.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission did not a yuorum on March7th. The meeting has been rescheduled for March 10'h.
The Planning and Zoning report on the plats will be e-mailed to you and/or presented at the City Council
Meeting.

SUBJECT: Crop Production Services 340 Addition Final Plat
I have reviewed the Final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the Final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception.
1. Change the name of the contact person for Crop Production Services.
2. Provide the existing finished floor elevation.
I recommend approval of the final plat upon submission of a corrected mylar copy with
signatures of the surveyor and owner prior to noon on March 11, 2011.
