BACKGROUND:
This is the preliminary and final plat for Lot 1, Block A, McCoin Addition CB 170 A, being located at
2190 South Church Street. The owners would like to build a storage building on the site for the pecan
business that they operate.
BOARD/CAMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission did not a quorum on March7th. The meeting has been rescheduled for March 10`h
The Planning and Zoning report on the plats will be e-mailed to you andlor presented at the City Council
Meeting.

1 have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition, lt appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception. 1. Show at least one Right-of-Way width at a known point.
2. Show the proposed 7.5-foot utility easement
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.

I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception.
1. Show at least one Right-of-Way width at a known point.
I recommend approval of the final plat upon submission of a corrected mylar copy with
sigmatures of the surveyor and owner prior to noon on March 11, 2011.
