BACKGROUND:
This is the replat for Lot 7, Block A, Townwood Estates Addition, being located in the 1000 Block of
Cannon Place. The owner is combining lot 5 and 7 to create lot 7. The property had been previously
minor platted to combine lots 5 and 6. This lot is in a residential neighborhood.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission recommended approval of the final plat, subject to City Engineer's recommendations
by a vote of 6-0.
