BACKGROUND:
This is the replat for Lot 4-A, Block A, Morningside North Addition, being located at 30 SE 42"d Street.
The owner is combining portions of lot 4 and 5 to create lot 4-A. Storage buildings exist on the current
lots.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission recoynmended approval of the final plat, subject to City Engineer's recommendations
by a vote of 6-0.

SUBJECT: Morningside North #1 Block A, Lot 4-A Replat
I have reviewed the replat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the replat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception.
1. Clarify in the title that this is a replat of lots 4& 5 into lot 4-A.
I recommend approval of the replat upon submission of a corrected mylar copy with signatures
of the surveyor and owner prior to noon on April 8, 2011.
