BACKGROUND:
This is the master, preliminary and fina] plats for Lot l, Block A, Rick 250 Addition #l, being located in
the 300 Block of Loop 286 N.E. Mike and Sharon Rick are proposing a recreational vehicle sales and
service business to be located on the property.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission recommended approval of the master plat, preliminary plat, and final plat, subject to
City Engineer's recommendations by a vote of 5-0 on each plat.

SUBJECT: Rick 250 Addition Master Plat
I have reviewed the Master plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the Master plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions.
1. Add a 15-foot utility easement along the Loop frontage.
2. Extend the utility easement around the existing fire hydrant on property.
3. Show a proposed drainage easement for the creek that flows through the property
(comment from Planning and Zoning Meeting).
I recommend approval of the Master plat upon completion of the above items.

I have reviewed the prellminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
Provide an off-site private sewer easement for the service line to this lot. The easement
should begin at the existing sewer easement on the unplatted lot and extend to the west
property line of the proposed lot 1.

surveyor and owner prior to noon on May 6, 2011.
