BACKGROUND:
This is the preliminary and final plat for Lot 1 and 2, Block A, Cooper Propane 341 Addition, being
located at 3015 S. Church Street. Cooper Propane will be expanding the current business.
Staff recommends approval of the master plat, preliminary plat and final plat.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the master, preliminary and final plat,
subject to City Engineer's recommendation by a vote of 7-0.

SUBJECT: Cooper Propane 341 Master Plat
I have reviewed the Master plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the Master plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions.
1. A preliminary drainage plan is needed for the proposed and future construction on both
lots.
2. The creek on the east side of lot 2 must be improved when the lot is developed. The
minimum improvement to the creek would be a low flow concrete channel. Show how
the creek is to be improved in the future.
I recommend approval of the Master plat upon completion of the above items.
