BACKGROUND:
This is the preliminary and final plat for Lot 1, Block A, Trinity Christian Academy Addition CB 323,
being located at 2060 Highway 79. Trinity Christian Academy will be expanding the current business.
Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat and final plat.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat, subject
to City Engineer's recommendation by a vote of 5-0.

SUBJECT: Trinity Christian Academy Addition CB 323 Preliminary Plat
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
Please add a 5-foot utility easement along the roadway frontages.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above item.

I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions.
l. Please add a 5-foot utility easement along the roadway frontages.
2. Submit the corrected AutoCAD file via e-mail or disc.
I recoinmend approval of the final plat upon subrnission of a corrected mylar copy with
signatures of the surveyor and owner prior to noon on September 9, 2011.
