Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat and final plat.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat, subject
to City Engineer's recommendation by a vote of 5-0.

SUBJECT: Nepex Realty Ltd 313 Preliminary Plat
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions.
1. Please list a cantact person for Nepex Realty on the drawing.
2. Add a five-foot utility easement along Lamar Ave.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.

signatures of the surveyor and owner prior to noon on September 9, 2011.
