BACKGROUND:
This is the replat for Lot 5, Block 2, Clements Fairview Addition, being located at 1538 North Main
Street. Gifford's Hardware will be adding addition warehouse space.
Staff recommends approval of the replat.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat, subject
to City Engineer's recommendation by a vote of 5-0.

SUBJECT: Clements Fairview Addition Replat
I have reviewed the replat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the replat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations. I recommend approval of the replat upon
submission of a mylar copy with signatures of the surveyor and owner by September 9, 2011.
