Description of Item: Consideration of an ordinance removing all liens on
properties sold at a trustee's sale conducted at the Lamar County Courthouse,
including but not limited to tax liens and city maintenance liens. And
secondly, freezing the tax appraisal valuations on said property for a period
not to exceed five years upon its' sale.
