01-AMENDED AGENDAAMENDED CITY COUNCIL AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in special session
on Friday, September 30, 2011 at 3:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the City Council
Chambers, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted
upon are as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas
Government Code, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation,
reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee as
follows: conduct interviews of candidates for the position of City Manager.
3. Reconvene into open session, deliberate and possibly take action on those matters
discussed in Executive Session.
4. Adjournment.
