4. Consider an ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1710, changing the

5. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Richard Hardison for a change in
zoning from a Two Family Dwelling District (2-F) to a Multi Family Dwelling
District (MF-1) on Lot 5, Block 112-13, being number 521 12t" Street S.E.
6. Consider an ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1710, changing the

7. Public Hearing to consider the petition of the Historic Preservation
Commission for a designation of an Historic Overlay District No. 2(HD-2) on
parts of South Church, South Main, and 1St Street S.W. The following
described area will be known as the South Church, South Main, and 1St Street
S.W. Historic District.
Starting at the intersection of West Sherman Street and 1St Street S.W., then
south along 1St Street S.W. to Hearne Avenue, then east along Hearne Avenue
to South Church Street, then north along South Church Street to Kaufman

Street. This is the general description of the area with the following additions
and exclusions:
The following lots are west of 1St Street S.W. and shall be included in the area:
City Block 137, Lots 6, 6A, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12; City Block 149, Lots 6, 7, 8,

The following lots are east of South Church Street and shall be included in the
