RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Cansideration of and action on the Master Plat (Lots 1-8) and Preliminary Plat (Lots 1-3) for the Lamar
Business Park CB 250 being located in the 800 Block Loop 286 N.E
POLICY ISSUE(S):
Plat Approval
BACKGROUND:
This is the master and preliminary plat for Mr. Larry Fendley who plans on developing three lots. The
plan proposes to extend a sewer line on the south side of the three lots. A water line currently exists
along the loop frontage. The master plan complies with the Master Drainage Plan.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission recommended approval of the master plat and preliminary plat, subject to City
Engineer's recommendations by a vote of 4-0 on each plat.

SUBJECT: Lamar Business Park CB 250 Master Plat
I have reviewed the Master plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the Master plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions.
1. Provide a 10-foot building setback on the south side of Lot 8.
2. Show the existing creek center line and the top of banks.
I recommend approval of the Master plat upon completion of the above items.
