and bidding process for the reconstruction and conversion of the UARCO
building to a new police, court, and jail facility.
3. Consider, discuss, and take possible action or provide direction to City staff
regarding the reconstruction and conversion of the UARCO building to a new
police, court, and jail facility.
4. Consideration of and action on a resolution authorizing advertisement for new
bids for the reconstruction and conversion of the UARCO building to a new
police, court, and jail facility.
5. Consider, discuss, and take possible action or provide direction to City staff
regarding the position of Interim City Manager.
6. Consider, discuss, and take possible action or provide direction to City Staff
regarding the results of recent salary surveys associated with filling current
employee vacancies.
7. Consider, discuss, and take possible action on the proposed FY 2004-2005
City Budget.
8. Consider, discuss, and take possible action on amendments to the proposed
FY 2004-2005 City Budget.
9. Consider additional dates for special City Council meetings for discussion
concerning FY 2004-2005 City Budget.
