Consideration of and action on the curb and gutter variance, preliminary plat and final plat for the Offutt
Properties CB 77 being located in the 400 Block of N. Main St.

BACKGROUND:
This is the preliminary and final plat for Mr. Marx Offutt who plans on building an auto detail shop on
the lot. The lot currently has utilities and a fire hydrant within 500 feet.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat, subject to City Engineer's
recommendations by a vote of 5-0 on each plat.
