LEGAL NOTICE
In compliance with the Charter of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and Vemon's Texas Codes Annotated,
Local Government Code, Section 102.006(b), notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing on proposed
amendments to the City Manager's Proposed Budget for the City of Paris for the fiscal year beginning
October 1, 2004, and ending September 30, 2005, will be conducted by the City Council on the 22nd day
of September, 2004, at 4:00 p.m. in the Love Civic Center, 2025 South Collegiate Street, Paris, Texas. The
nature of such proposed amendments is as follows:
GENERAL FUND - The purpose of the proposed budget amendments is to reduce the overall
