Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in special session
at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 5, 2011. The meeting will be held at the City Council
Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted
upon are as follows:
Opening Agenda
1. Call meeting to order.
Regular Agenda
2. First Public Hearing and deliberate on an application for disannexation of approximately
17.250 acres of land located on Smallwood Road, forming a portion of the current outer
boundaries of the city limits of the City of Paris in response to an application for such
disannexation filed by Bob and Martha Crockett.
3. Adjournment.
