RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Replat, of Lots 1, 2& 3, Block A of the Hindman Park Addition, being located in
the 700 Block of SW 41St St.

BACKGROUND:
This is the Replat for Lots 1&2, Block A of the Hindman Park Addition, being located in the 700 Block
of SW 41St Street. Mr. Enloe is replatting three lots into two lots. The two proposed lots are both over
two acres and are zoned Agriculture. This arrangement would allow single family homes to be
constructed on the two proposed lots.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission recommended approval of the re-plat, subject to City Engineer's recommendations by
a vote of 6-0

SUBJECT: Hindman Park Addition Block A, Lots 1&2 Replat
I have reviewed the replat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the replat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions.
1. Show a five foot building line on the north side of lot 1 and on the south side of lot 2.
2. Show a 10-foot building line on the east side of both lots.
3. Provide a distance to the nearest fire hydrant (two lots south) to the southwest corner of
lot 2.
4. Revise lot numbering for the Meadow Park Addition #1. Block B, The existing lot 1
should be lot 7 and the lot numbers decrease going south.
I recommend approval of the replat upon submission of a mylar copy with signatures of the
surveyor and owner prior to noon on December 9th, 2011.
