RESOLUTION NO. _______________
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE AIRPORT ADVISORY
BOARD OF THE CITY OF PARIS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND
PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,
the terms of office of GLEN CHAPMAN, ANDREW F. FASKEN and J.B.
RICHEY as members of the AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD of the City of Paris, will expire
on December 31, 2004; and,
WHEREAS
, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the reappointment
of GLEN CHAPMAN and ANDREW F. FASKEN and the appointment of HARRY
MICHALEWICZ as members for terms of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 2005, and ending
NOW, THEREFORE,
December 31, 2006;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS
:
Section 1.
That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all
things approved.
Section 2.
That GLEN CHAPMAN and ANDREW F. FASKEN be, and they are hereby,
reappointed, and that HARRY MICHALEWICZ be, and he is hereby, appointed to serve as
members of the AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD of the City of Paris for terms of two (2) years,
beginning January 1, 2005, and ending December 31, 2006.
Section 3.
That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
