SECTION 6-32. Airport tenant self-se~ce fueling. ! Penalty. ¡ I ¡ (a) Any person performing any of the fu~ions for whith a permit is require der this chapter without having a vaHd permit for the same shaU be guilty of a !demeanor and upon conviction s II be subject to punishment as provided in section 10-6 of this Code. . (b) Any person ~ioJating any provision o~~s chapter déaling with fire Safety! I zoning shall be guilty 0 f a misdemeanor I L ~, Ij II I All pennittees shall be requi ed to comply with the r~uirements of Chapter 6 of the City's Code of Ordinance. e following are certain e~fepted portions of that chapter. SECTION 6-4 Taxiing and Traffic R s Adopted for Airport. ¡ . The taxiing rules and traffic rules as, ontained in the Airman's Info ¡on Manual (AIM), published by the U. S. Department of Transportation, are hereQ adopted, together with any amen ents hereafter made thereto, and are made :::~: ~ :::r ~::ei:: :~:::o:~:~~ :: ~ :::::. and may be revoked after ten (10) days' notice and hearing for th~failure to comply with this articlet~ I. !J SECTION 6-22 (d) All pennittees shall ve a minimum of two hundred fi thousand dollars ($250,000.00) for each person and five hundred thousand doll ($500,000.00) for each single oc ence for bodily injury or death and one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00: for each single occurrence for inj to or destruction of property insurance coverage with the City being reflected as additional insured in their polic ,5; and, additionally, pennittees must meet or exceed insurance to meet current state¡ AA Rules and Regulations and fe'. rallaw, ifany, for their particular activity or activities. i' j SECTION 6-25. General Standards.
