It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exception. <br /> <br />1. Show 13th S.W. as a drainage and utility easement and a private drive. <br />2. Change the Block letter to C and the lot numbers to 1 and 2. <br />3. Show all of the existing drainage structures, watercourses and proposed drainage <br />structures along with a drainage plan on the construction plans. <br />4. Remove the note concerning abandoning a IS-foot drainage and utility easement. <br />5. Show all of the existing and proposed water and sewer lines. <br />6. Additional water lines, fire hydrants and utility easements will be required for the <br />building expansion. <br />7. Submit construction plans to the City of Paris Engineering Department for review. The <br />plan should include: grading, drainage, utilities and proposed buildings. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: <br /> <br />Tony N.
