RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Preliminary Plat for Victory Baptist Church CB 316, Lots 1, Block A, being
located at 3155 Pine Mill Road
POLICY ISSUE(S):
Plat Approval
BACKGROUND:
The Church is proposing to a Family Life Center building behind the main structure.
The Church has built drainage flumes on the east side of the building to divert water away from the
houses to the east and built a detention pond on the west side of the existing church building.
The Church is proposing to construct a water line and fire hydrant along with the proposed building
construction.
BOARD/ COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission recommended approval of the preliminary plat, subject to City Engineer's
recommendations by a vote of 5-0.
