Consider, discuss, and provide possible direction to City staff or take possible action regarding the request of Police Sgt. Tim Moree for extension of injury leave. Public Hearing to consider changes to the City of Paris Drought Contingency Plan; establishing criteria for the initiation and termination of drought response stages; establishing restrictions on certain water uses; establishing penalties for the violation of and provisions for enforcement of these restrictions; and establishing procedures for granting variances. Consideration of and action on the following ordinances: A. Adopting a revised Drought Contingency Plan; establishing criteria for the initiation and termination of drought response stages; establishing restrictions on certain water uses; establishing penalties for the violation of and provisions for enforcement of these restrictions; and establishing procedures for granting variances. . B. Authorizing the offering of TML administered alternative Health Plan Benefits coverage to City Retirees. C. Suspending the issuance of permits for and imposing a moratorium on the erection, reconstruction and placement of ground signs, pole signs, signboards, billboards, torpedo signs, and electric signs, within the city limits of the City of Paris; establishing a duration for said moratorium and suspension; authorizing the preparation of a new ordinance regulating signs and billboards within the city limits of the City of Paris; providing for a penalty; making other findings and provisions related to the subject; and declaring and effective date.
