SUBJECT:
Kennedy Subdivision (City Block 56 - Lots 1,2,20,21 & 22)
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
1. Show the lot as being Lot 1, Block A of the Kennedy Subdivision.
2. Show the nearest fire hydrant. A fire hydrant may be required for the new building
construction.
3. Submit a site plan to the City of Paris Engineering Department for review. The plan
should include: grading, drainage, utilities and proposed buildings.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
