03.01.12 SPECIAL SESSION CITY COUNCIL AGENDACITY COUNCIL AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in special session
on Thursday, March 01, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the City Council
Chambers, 107 E. Kaufinan Street, in Paris, Texas. T'he matters to be discussed and acted
upon are as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas
Government Code, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation,
reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee as
follows: conduct interviews of candidates for the position of City Manager.
3. Reconvene into open session, deliberate and possibly take action on those matters
discussed in Executive Session.
4. Adj ournment.
