conveyed to Lon Russell and Lula Russell by deed recorded in Volume 313, Page 130, of the Lamar
County Deed Records; more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof
for all necessary purposes, being the plat and field notes of a survey made by R. Brandon Chaney,
Registered Professional Land Surveyor #4057, on May 5, 2005.
The conveyance evidenced by this deed is ~ade subject to anyaí1d all easements, rights-of-
way, restrictions, covenants, conditions and reservations of record applìcable to the within described
