Pecan Place Master Plat
I have reviewed the master plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the master plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions.

1. Provide a 75-foot radius in the Right-Of-Way to the Southeast corner of Lot 7 in Block
A.
2. Please revise the ,following item in #.4 of the general notes to read, "All residential. lots
have SF-2 zoning." ."" ", .
3. I recommend that we allow the 500-foot radii on Candice Drive, but reduce the speed
limit to 30-miles per hour.
4. Provide the flow data for the lift station in Oak Creek, and show an approximate number
of lots that can be developed before the lift station is required to be upgraded. Add this
infonnation to the general notes #12. .
I recommend approval of the master plat upon completion of the above items.
