ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING DEVELOPMENT OR
COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (ASSISTED LIVING) (PD-b),
PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY THE ADOPTION OF ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 2005-_, FOR PART OF LOT 14, CITY BLOCK 259;
MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE
SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, has
previously adopted Ordinance No. 2005-_, adopted August 8, 2005,
establishing a Planned Development District-Housing Development or
Community Unit Development (Assisted Living) (PD-b) on Part of Lot 14 City
Block 259, as described in the aforesaid ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the site plan for said
Planned Development District as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are
hereby in all things approved.
Section 2. That the site plan, including the drainage plan, for Part of Lot
14, City Block 259, located in the 700 block of North Collegiate Drive, attached
hereto as Exhibit A, be and the same is hereby, approved.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby expressly repealed to the extent of said conflict only.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective on September 1,
2005.
