BACKGROUND:
At the March 12, 2012 City Council meeting the drainage issue at 3420 Clement Road was discussed.
At that meeting staff advised City Council that the area would be surveyed.
Staff surveyed the roadway and finished floor elevatio are lower thantMr. Stipland's FFES Thisiis
other houses m the area. The highest points along the curve
a good thing, because it means that for the majority of all storms the only problem will be a standing
water problem. A plan is being worked on to fill in the low area of the curve that holds water. By
filling in this area the standing water problem will be diminished. This work will be performed by the
City's Street Department.
