Shawn Napier, . .
City Engineer / ec or of Public Works.
DATE:

SUBJECT:
Parr Hull Medical Plaza and Commercial Center Master Plat
I have reviewed the master plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the master plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions.
.
1. Show the Right of Way and street widths for all roadways through the subdivision. Show
the existing paving. The minimum street width in all commercial areas is 39-feet from
back of curb to back of curb. A 28-foot street is only allowed in residential areas.
2. Provide a preliminary drainage plan with the existing and proposed stormwater
calculations with acreage by zoning class to be drained. Provide detention pond
calculations for the master plat area. An off site drainage easement will be required at the
detention pond discharge area. Provide erosion control at the pond discharge.
3. Show proposed and existing water and sewer lines sizes and pip types.
4. Off site utility easements will be required for the lift station force main.
5. Label the lots, blocks and building lines for the subdivision. Use letters for the blocks
and numbers for the lots.
6. Label the alley Right-of- Way widths.
7. Change the following items in the general notes: # 4 change from EP A to TCEQ and
delete # 6 and # 12
I recommend approval of the master plat upon completion of the above items.
