SUBJECT:
Parr Hull Medical Plaza and Commercial Center, Unit 1
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions.
1. All roadways shall be collector level roads. Collector roadways are 39-feet wide from
the back of curb to back of curb and have shall have 60- feet or Right of Way.
2. Off site drainage easements will be required from Unit 1 to the detention pond area.
3. Off site utility easements will be required for the lift station, force main and for the sewer
line trom the preliminary plat (Unit 1) to the lift station.
4. Change the blocks trom numbers to letters. Block 1 will be become A, block 3 will
become B, block 2 will become C and block 4 will become D.
5. Change planning department in number seven of the general notes to Community
Development.
6. Provide construction plans of Unit 1 to the Engineering Dept. for review.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
