Signature Senior Living
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions:
1. Provide a contact person for the owner and/or developer.
2. Show the proposed water and stonn sewer lines On the plat.
3. Provide the drainage calculations on the plat.
4. All the drainage easements shall be 20-feet wide.
5. Change the water line easement on the Southwest comer of the lot from IO-feet wide to
IS-feet wide.
6. Label the Subdivision as Block A, Lot 1.
7. Show the current zoning for the area to be platted (PD-b).
8. Provide a five-foot utility easement along Collegiate Drive.
. I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
