79 Business Park Final Plat
I håve reviewed the fmal plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception.
1. Label Lots 1 through 10 as Block A.
2. . Provide any proposed setbacks for the subdivision as well as any deed restrictions.
3. Change the street label from Yoder Road to Private Street. .
4. Remove the word "Right-of-Way" and replace with "ingress/egress easement". The
private road will be platted as a 50-foot utility and ingresS/egress easement.
I recommend approval of the fmal plat upon compl,etion of the above items.
