The Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map recommends this property be zoned Retail; therefore the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map must be changed to Moderate-Density Residential in order to approve the zoning request. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of this request. No one spoke in favor of the request. No one spoke in opposition to this request.
