SUBJECT:
Meadow Park Business Addition Master Plat
I have reviewed the master plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the master plat
corP-plies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the folloWing exceptions:
. 1. Label the addition as Block A, lots 1 through 6.
2. Add a lO-foot utility easement along the South side ofD.S. 82 along all six lots.
3. Show the existing buildings with the appropriate setbacks.

I recommend approval of the master plat upon completion of the above items.
