Meadow Park Business Addition
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
prélìminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions:
1. Provide at least a low flow concrete channel for the portion of the creek in the Southeast
comer of the subdivision.
2. Label ~~ a~di~ion as Block A, .lots 1 through 5.
3. Add a 10-foot utility easement along the South side ofD.S. 82 along all five lots.
4. Show the existing buildings with the appropriate setbacks.
I recommend approval.ofthe preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
