East Park Center, Lot 4
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preiiminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions:
1. Provide a drainage plan with the site plan, the open channel will need to be concrete lined
or the box culvert will need to be extended.
2. Submit a site plan to the Engineering Department for review.
3. Revise the 60-foot drainage easement to be centered over the box culvert and proposed
channel improvements. The existing drainage easement will need to be abandoned.
4. The 7-1/2-foot utility easement will need to be abandoned and utilities relocatèd.
5. Label the existing zoning.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
