BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL, DAY NURSERY, OR KINDERGARTEN be, and NIFER BETHEA~ sosasbtoshnc de~nO uch CITY BLOCK 333, on property belonging to JEN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL, DAY NURSERY, OR KINDERGARTEN the hereinaf (A), oand hat the boundar esrof and is presently designated as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT said AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL, DAY NURSERY, OR KINDERGARTEN, be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Isaac Cruise Survey #162, being a part of a 1 acre tract of land conveyed to Darrell White and Sandra White by deed recorded in Volume 446, Page 80, of the Deed Records of said County and State, being known as Lot 5, City Block 333, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin (s) for corner at the Northwest corner of said 1 acre tract and Lot 5, said point being the Northeast corner of a called 0.31 acre tract of land conveyed to Billy R. said Couny rand Staten a d 0 31 Page 192, of the Real Property Records of being Lot 6, City Block 333; THENCE North 78 Deg. 30 Min. 18 Sec. East a distance of 173.96 feet to an iron pin (s) for corner at the Southeast corner of Lot 5 and the Southwest corner of Lot 5-A, said point being in the South Boundary Line of said 1 acre tract and said City Limits Line, said point also being in the North Boundary Line of a 142.941 acre tract of land conveyed to Sandra White and Wade White by deed recorded in Volume 312, Page 44, of said Real Property Records; THENCE South 78 Deg. 39 Min. 14 Sec. West along a fence along the South Boundary Line of said 1 acre tract and said City Limits Line and the North Boundary Line of said 142.941 acre tract a distance of 13.57 feet to a metal post (f) for corner; THENCE North 1 Deg. 01 Min. 04 Sec. East along a partial chain link fence along the West Boundary Line of said 1 acre tract and Lot 5 a distance of 143.6 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.530 acres of land, being number 4075 Old Bonham Road. Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective July 1, 1998.
