Consideration of and action on the following ordinances:
A.
Approving and adopting the disannexation of property belonging to
Joel Ball and consisting of five (5) acres forming a portion of the
current outer boundaries of the city limits of the City of Paris.
B.
Releasing a portion of the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of
Paris, Lamar County, Texas, the same being a tract of land previously
forming a portion of the outer boundaries of the city limits of the City
of Paris, in response to a petition for such release of extraterritorial
jurisdiction filed by Mr. & Mrs. Joel Ball, property owners.
Consideration of and action on the following resolutions:
Approving and authorizing the procurement of right-of-way for the
street light for the 20th Street Left Turn Lane Project at the corner of
Pine Bluff Street and 20th Street N.E.
